Historic homes with character. The Bluffs' older neighborhoods are full of steep gables, deep porches, and ornamental trim. These homes dazzle with restraint: warm white C9s tracing the rooflines, garland and wreaths at the entry, maybe a single wrapped evergreen. The lights should feel like the house has always glowed this way.

Brick Tudors and traditional two-stories. Brick loves color. A confident red-and-green, or classic multicolor along the peaks, plays beautifully against masonry — festive without fighting the architecture.
