Why we do this
Everyone remembers the house. The one on your childhood street that went all out — the one you begged to drive past one more time with the windows down and the heat blasting. That feeling is the entire reason this company exists. Somewhere along the way holiday lighting became a chore, a cold Saturday, a tangle in a tote. We started GlowGetter to give Omaha families the wonder without the work.
We're not a franchise and not a landscaping crew with a December side hustle. We're a local family business, run by Luke, that does lighting — designed, installed, serviced, and stored — and does it all season, every season.
Every project starts as a design
This is the part we're most stubborn about. Before a single strand goes up, we render the lighting plan on a photo of your actual home — every roofline, every peak, every tree wrap, drawn where it will actually go. You approve a picture, not a promise. It's slower than showing up with a ladder and a guess, and it's why the finished install looks composed instead of merely attached.
How we work
Insured crews, careful hands
This is what an install actually looks like: a trained, insured crew member fitting a permanent lighting track flush to the eave — level, color-matched, and fastened right. No staples in shingles, no shortcuts on the roof, and by the time we drive away, the system has all but disappeared into the fascia.
What working with us looks like
You request a design. We visit, measure, and render your home glowing. You approve it, we install in one visit, and from that night until January the display is our responsibility — service included. Then we take it down, store it, and see you next fall. Most homes run $750–$4,000 all-inclusive (details on pricing), and if you'd rather glow year-round, there's permanent lighting from $5,000.
